COMPLAINING!!!!! practice

The rooms of GLPS (Gifts for Lonely People Service) are freezing.

They try to keep the room warm by a heater but that doesn't work. The cold wind, coming through the gap in the ceiling every night, hits my face when I lie down on my bed! Since the blankets can't keep me warm enough, I can't sleep!

I want you to give me warmer and thicker blankets to keep me warm or fix the ceiling as soon as possible.

If nothing changes, I'll sue you.
